앱은 회원가입 없이 동작하며, 데이터는 기기에만 저장됩니다. 회사는 사용자의 이름, 이메일 등 개인식별정보를 직접 수집하지 않습니다.

회사는 사용자의 개인식별정보를 직접 수집하지 않습니다. 다만, 서비스 개선 및 오류 분석, 광고 제공을 위해 다음 SDK가 자동으로 비식별 정보를 수집·처리할 수 있습니다.
- 기기 식별자(예: 광고 ID, Android ID, iOS Identifier for Vendors)
- 앱 사용 통계 및 충돌 로그
- 국가/언어/기기 유형 등 비식별 정보
또한, Unity LevelPlay SDK를 통해 광고 ID가 수집될 수 있습니다. 광고 ID는 광고 노출 빈도 제어, 리워드 추적, 광고 성과 측정 및 수익 분석을 위한 목적으로만 사용됩니다.
앱은 위치, 연락처, 사진, 마이크 등 민감 권한을 요청하지 않으며, 기기의 기울기(센서) 값만 읽습니다.
3. 이용 목적 (Purpose of Use)
- 앱 안정성 확보 및 성능 개선
- 오류 분석 및 서비스 품질 향상
- 애널리틱스: 광고 성과 측정, 수익 분석 등 광고 ID 기반의 측정 및 보고
- 광고 또는 마케팅: 광고 제공/중재, 노출 빈도 제어, 리워드 추적 등 운영 목적
4. 보유 및 파기 (Retention & Deletion)
회사는 개인식별정보를 저장하지 않습니다. 분석 및 광고 SDK가 수집한 데이터는 각 제공사의 정책에 따라 익명/가명 형태로 관리되며, 보유 기간은 제공사 정책을 따를 수 있습니다.
5. 제3자 제공 및 국외 이전 (Third-Party Sharing & Transfers)
회사는 이용자 정보를 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다. 다만 분석/광고 제공을 위해 아래 외부 서비스를 사용합니다.

본 서비스는 아동으로부터 이름, 이메일, 사진 등 개인식별정보를 요구하거나 수집하지 않습니다. 부모(법정대리인)는 언제든 앱 삭제를 통해 사용을 중단시킬 수 있습니다. 또한, 만 13세 미만 사용자에게는 맞춤형(개인화) 광고를 제공하지 않으며, LevelPlay/관련 광고 네트워크 설정을 통해 비개인화 광고만 노출되도록 구성합니다.

앱은 자체 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다. 다만 광고/분석 SDK가 광고 ID 등 비개인적 식별자를 활용할 수 있으며, 사용자는 단말기 설정에서 광고 한정 설정(광고 추적 제한 등)을 변경할 수 있습니다.

회사는 데이터 암호화, 접근 통제 등 합리적 기술·관리적 보호조치를 시행합니다.

1. Introduction
Palcom Holdings Co., Ltd. (“Company”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in relation to your use of “Help me Milkman” (the “Service”). The Service may be used by children under 13; we comply with applicable child privacy laws (e.g., COPPA) and the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea.
The app operates without account registration and stores data only on the device. The Company does not directly collect personally identifiable information such as names or email addresses.
2. Information We Collect
The Company does not directly collect personally identifiable information. For analytics, diagnostics, and advertising, the following SDKs may automatically process non-personal data:
- Device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID, Android ID, iOS Identifier for Vendors)
- App usage statistics and crash logs
- Non-identifying data such as country/language/device type
In addition, the Unity LevelPlay SDK may collect the Advertising ID. This ID is used solely for purposes such as controlling ad frequency, tracking rewards, measuring ad performance, and analyzing ad revenue.
The app does not request sensitive permissions such as location, contacts, photos, or microphone. It only reads the device tilt (sensor) values.

- Improve app stability and performance
- Error analysis and service quality enhancement
- Analytics/Measurement: ad performance measurement and ad revenue analytics using the Advertising ID
- Advertising or Marketing: ad delivery/mediation, frequency capping, and reward tracking
4. Retention & Deletion
The Company does not store personally identifiable information. Data collected by analytics/ads SDKs are managed in anonymized/pseudonymized form under each provider’s retention policy.

We do not sell user data. For analytics and advertising, we use the following third-party services:

The Service does not use cookies directly. Analytics/ads SDKs may use non-personal identifiers such as Advertising IDs; users can adjust device settings (e.g., limit ad tracking).

Because the Company does not directly process personally identifiable information, there is no data subject request target stored by us. Rights related to SDK-processed data are governed by each provider’s policy.
